There is one charge: $39.95/month for a Goat Monitoring membership. Goat Monitoring is our 3-bureau credit monitoring service, operated by Goat Monitoring LLC. The DisputeGoat workspace is included with an active membership at no extra charge, and DisputeGoat is never billed separately.
Final pricing, plan details, the membership agreement, the privacy policy, the consumer rights notice and any required consents are shown to you during Goat Monitoring enrollment, before you agree to be billed. Those documents govern the membership, so read them there.
When you compare costs, count two things: the membership and your own postage. DisputeGoat does not mail letters for you.

This is your only subscription. If you are already a Goat Monitoring member, skip to step 2.
Create your DisputeGoat account
It is included with your membership and keeps your letters and progress available across devices.
Connect your accounts
Enter your Goat Monitoring login in DisputeGoat so your report can sync into your dashboard. Your password is not stored. It is converted to a one-way code used only to sync your report.
DisputeGoat is only for active Goat Monitoring members. If your membership becomes inactive or a payment is declined, DisputeGoat access pauses until the membership issue is resolved on goatmonitoring.com. Email support@disputegoat.com if you think access was paused in error.
You mail your own letters.
DisputeGoat prepares letters. It does not send them. You print each letter, mail it yourself and pay your own postage. DisputeGoat is not a mailing service, and no mailing add-on is sold on this site. Certified mail with return receipt is optional, but it makes proving delivery and following up easier.

Cancel anytime on Goat Monitoring.
You can cancel your Goat Monitoring membership at any time by signing in on the Goat Monitoring website. Your cancellation takes effect right away, so you will not be billed again. Your Goat Monitoring benefits last until the end of the billing cycle you already paid for. There is no long-term contract.
- DisputeGoat needs an active membership. Your DisputeGoat access ends once your membership is no longer active.
- Unlinking is not cancelling. Unlinking your Goat Monitoring account inside DisputeGoat stops future report syncing. It does not cancel your membership or your billing. See the terms and privacy policy.
You can dispute for free. Here is what the membership adds.
You do not need DisputeGoat, or any paid service, to dispute an error on your credit report. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, you can challenge inaccurate information directly with the credit bureaus at no cost. The CFPB explains how in How do I dispute an error on my credit report? You can also get free weekly credit reports from AnnualCreditReport.com.

Can I dispute for free?
Yes. You can dispute inaccurate information directly with Equifax, Experian and TransUnion at no cost, in writing or through each bureau's own process. The CFPB's dispute guidance covers what to send, and AnnualCreditReport.com provides free weekly reports. DisputeGoat is an optional paid workspace, included with a Goat Monitoring membership, for organizing that work.
Is DisputeGoat billed separately from Goat Monitoring?
No. One charge, $39.95/month total, billed by Goat Monitoring. The DisputeGoat workspace is included with your membership at no additional cost.
Which credit score will I see?
VantageScore 3.0®, refreshed monthly, for all three bureaus. Scores can differ by bureau and may differ from other scoring models lenders use.
Does DisputeGoat send my letters?
No. You review, sign and mail every letter yourself. DisputeGoat never contacts a creditor or bureau on your behalf.
Will this raise my credit score?
No score increase or dispute outcome is guaranteed. Accurate information can stay on a report, and outcomes depend on how the bureaus respond to the letters you send.
What if I'm not happy, or want a refund?
Email support@disputegoat.com. The DisputeGoat service team reviews every complaint and refund request individually and works with you to put things right. Refunds are decided case by case, so there is no automatic refund and no fixed refund window.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There is no long-term contract. Cancel on the Goat Monitoring website at any time. Billing stops right away, and your Goat Monitoring benefits last until the end of the billing cycle you already paid for. DisputeGoat is only for active Goat Monitoring members.
