Troubleshooting

Get help with a connection

Use the status on screen to choose the right recovery step. You do not need to start a second membership.

Start with the written walkthrough

The video is not available yet. Every step is written below.

  1. Read your connection status first. A rejected login, a pending check, and a provider problem need different actions.
  2. For a rejected login, confirm that you are using your Goat Monitoring email and password. Use the password reset link if needed, then follow the retry instructions on screen.
  3. For a pending check, wait. For a paused or provider issue, follow the support or recovery instructions shown. Do not keep submitting credentials or create another membership to fix an unknown status.

What progress looks like: You have followed the recovery action for your actual status. If it still does not work, contact support without sending your password or credit report.

Having trouble connecting?

Use the email and password from your Goat Monitoring account. Your Dispute Goat login may be different.

First check that you can sign in at Goat Monitoring. If you cannot, use its password reset option.

After updating your password, return here and try the connection again with the new details.

If your screen says the service is temporarily unavailable or asks you to contact support, follow that message. Repeating your password will not fix a service problem.

Never send your password or your full credit report by email. Use the support option shown in your account.

Check account connection

Watching is optional. You can take this step whenever you are ready.
